UEC has entered Тоp-5 companies of DIC and machine building as per RBK 500 rating

RBK 500 rating includes five hundred major companies of Russia. The main index on which the companies are lined in rating is a pure profit (after deduction of VAT, excise duties and export taxes). For companies of the financial sector (banks, insurance, stock exchange etc.) summary earnings from the main activity are taken as an equivalent of the profit. 

UEC proceeds in 2017 were 234.90 mlrd. roubles, it is 5% more in against the same index of 2016.

UEC took the 54th place in RBK 500 rating in 2017, it is four points higher than in the previous year.

UEC is a leading Russian industrial holding company being a member of the Rostech structure. The holding company was formed under execution of Act № 497 of the President of the Russian Federation dated on April 16, 2008 and Order №1446-р of the Russian Federation Government dated on October 04, 2008 in order to consolidate the intellectual and production potential of native engine industry to provide competitiveness of Russian engine industry products on the world market. At present UEC has integrated more than 90% of aviation engine industry assets.

The main business directions of UEC are engines for combat aviation; engines for military transport aviation; engines for civil aviation; engines for helicopters; small-sized engines; naval gas-turbine engines and aggregates; industrial gas-turbine engines and aggregates; engines for space programs.

At present using the most advanced technologies UEC is realizing several projects in area of developing new power plants of different purposes.

JSC «United Engine Corporation» (is a member of State Corporation Rostech) is an integrated structure specializing on development, series production and servicing engines for military and civil aviation, space programs and navy, as well as for petroleum-gas and power  industries. One of the priority directions of UEC activity is realization of complex programs of developing enterprises of this branch with implementation of new technologies conforming to international standards.

State Corporation Rostech – Russian corporation set up in 2007 to assist in development, production and export of high technological industrial products of civil and military purpose. It includes more than 700 organizations from which now 11 holding companies are formed in the defence-industrial complex and 4 – in civil branches of industry, and also more than 80 organizations of direct management. Rostech portfolio includes many well known brands such as AVTOVAZ, KAMAZ, Kalashnikov Concern, "Helicopters of Russia", VSMPO-AVISMA, Uralvagonzavod and so on. Rostech organizations are located on the territories of 60 RF subjects and supply their products for markets of more than 100 countries. Consolidated proceeds of the Rostech in 2017 achieved 1 trillion 589 mlrd. roubles, consolidated pure profit – 121 mlrd. roubles, and EBITDA – 305 mlrd. roubles. Mean wage of the Corporation in 2017 was 46 800 roubles. According to the Rostech strategy the main task of the Corporation is to provide technological advantage of Russia on high competitive world markets. One of the Rostech key tasks is implementation of new technological structure and digitization of Russian economy.
